Thanksgiving is a great time to share with your family and your loved ones, and eating very good food is the best part of the holiday. But we don’t have to eat unhealthy food during the holidays.

1-Eating breakfast: While you might think it makes sense to save up calories for the big meal, experts say eating small meals in the morning can give you more control over your appetite.

2- Have a snack: Have some vegetables right before your big meal!

3-Stay hydrated: A lot of food that contains sodium and people drinking you have to keep yourself hydrated.
