Quincy is continuing on his tour of Virginia, and this time he has found himself at Kiptopeke State Park!
There is so much to do at the Park including crabbing, fishing, trails and bird watching!
Kiptopeke is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Cape Charles, right on the Chesapeake Bay.
The Bay is used for many things, like transportation by water. But it is also really important to marine life!
It provides a great safe haven for marine life who need a bit of a break from the ocean.
From the sea to the air, there is no shortage of wild life in Kiptopeke State Park.
If you plan on bird watching, the park is frequented by lots of different kinds of raptors like eagles and hawks! You never know what you will see on a bird watching trip.
There are also pavilions that people can rent out for reunions, picnics, and other get togethers.
Within the 562 acres of the Park, they have a campground, overnight facilities, kayaking, educational programs and MORE!
