The Virginia International Tattoo is a military tattoo that began in 1997 and is the signature event of the Virginia Arts Festival. It takes place annually in Norfolk, Virginia, and is an exhibition of military bands, pipes and drums, military drill teams, dancers and more!

The heart of a quiche is a rich, savory custard. This is easily whipped up with whole eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, and spices and seasonings. Salt and pepper are always used, but a dash of nutmeg is a wonderful touch that works well in the decadent pie.
Nathan Cichorz is the franchise owner, and he is no stranger to the restaurant business! His father owned a restaurant, so Nathan had the pleasure of growing up in the business. He also worked with his dad starting at the age of 13!
One of the biggest issues today both nationally and in Hampton Roads, is affordable housing. People who are hard working citizens are paying around 50% of their income in rent or mortgage payments. This cuts down their ability to afford healthier food, better health insurance, better schools for their kids, and more.
Pet owners tend to love their furry family members just as much as they love their human family members! One thing that a lot of fur parents do, is to dress up their pets in various types of outfits. The jury is still out on whether or not the fur kids actually like their wardrobe changes or not!
If you ask anyone who is a Hampton Roads native about jet noise, the response you will most likely get is “yep! That’s the sound of freedom!” When we get really lucky, the Air Show comes into town to show off all of their amazing tricks and skills for all of us to watch.
