Patricia and Quincy both have their motorcycle licenses! As the weather is getting nicer- we will see more and more motorcycles on the roads. As May is motorcycle safety awareness month, we invited our friends from Huffman and Huffman on the show to talk to us about motorcycle safety!
Patricia let us all in on a little secret: she doesn’t know how to swim!! So we sent her over to our friends at the YMCA Virginia Peninsula to take some lessons. 
The No Limit Reunion Tour is hitting the Norfolk Scope on Friday, May 20th! It features Master P, Mystikal, Mia X, Silkk The Shocker, Fiend, Mercedes, Mr. Serv-On, Choppa Style, and special guest Juvenile. 
Our friend Karen from Cooking From the Heart is continuing her world tour, and the next stop is Asia! Although sushi or Chinese food may come to mind- Karen is thinking outside of the box and decided to make a Korean beef and rice dish!

You can minimize the risk of distracted driving by going hands free in your vehicle. As tempting as it may be to answer a text while driving, don’t do it! In fact: it is ILLEGAL to drive with your phone in your hand! 
The Embrace Foundation takes medical equipment that has been used, and repurpose it so it can be used again!
