Recognizing These Latina Entrepreneurs in Honor of Hispanic Heritage Month

During Hispanic Heritage Month, YurView is focusing on Latina Entrepreneurs. Claudia Zanes co-founded Zanes Law with her husband in 2003. As a business executive, she has managed the business operations of the firm and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and success.

Cox is putting the spotlight on Latina Businesswomen during Hispanic Heritage Month. Meet Michelle Cruz, the owner of La Bella Donna Florist in Douglas, Arizona. Michelle has been providing the Douglas community with beautiful floral arrangements and excellent customer service for years.

Rosie Magaña is the owner of Palabras Bilingual Bookstore in Phoenix. Besides offering books in both Spanish and English, Palabras also hosts visual and musical workshops meant to bring the members of her community together. Rosie and her bookstore are working hard to spread an understanding and appreciation of different cultures.

Sandra Flores opened Azukar Coffee in hopes of creating a gathering place for the people in her neighborhood. The coffee shop offers a variety of Mexican-inspired beverages and is the first locally owned coffeehouse in south Phoenix. See how Sandra and other Latina entrepreneurs are improving their communities during Hispanic Heritage Month on Cox.
