Water. What is it? It is defined as a tasteless, transparent, odorless and nearly colorless chemical substance. But in reality, water is so much more than that! It is vital for all forms of life, it is the component that makes up most of our body, and the majority of our planet is covered by water. What does water have to do with our mental health?
