Alexis Perkins

 

Alexis has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, traveled the world teaching fitness master classes, coordinated the largest dance fitness event in Coastal Virginia, co-produced and led the television program Fuzion Fitness, owned Body By Alexis Studio, and more!

 

Alexis is an entrepreneur who likes to plant seeds in different business ideas, water them with her energy and grit, then see which ones grow. Her current role as Founder and Creative Director of Chair One Fitness keeps her busy however; she always is available to mentor others.

 

Jim White

​Jim is a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist, American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist and owner of two Jim White Fitness and Nutrition Studios; two medical nutrition therapy practices and a workplace wellness corporation.

​Jim has been quoted in thousands of publications and featured in hundreds of television and radio segments nationwide including ABC Family Channel, Today, TL

C, Radio Disney, GQ, Men’s Health, USA Today, Wall Street Journal and more.

​Recently Jim received the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition Community Leadership Award. White was voted as one of the Top 40 Businessmen under 40 in the Hampton Roads region and recognized as Virginia’s Young Dietitian of the Year.

In his free time, White enjoys giving back through his very own non-profit, the LIFT Fitness Foundation,
which focuses on creating a foundation of wellness to empower individuals in need.
