Christmas may be for children, but not all children. This time of year, the needs of children caught up in the foster care system are often overlooked. Cox Communications and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess have partnered up with radio personalities John Jay and Rich and their #LoveUp Foundation to change that and delight some very deserving children with a special Christmas surprise.
