Brittany Pierce is a television host and producer with a special interest in creating programming that educates and entertains. She created and hosted the award-winning travel television series, Rhythm Abroad with Brittany Pierce. The series re-airs nationally on PBS stations. During her time hosting Rhythm Abroad she swam with 9ft. lemon sharks, danced in her first pow-wow, and milked cows high in the Swiss Alps.
She first traveled internationally to Nicaragua and Costa Rica in 2006. It was in Central America she was bitten by the travel bug. Since then her travels have taken her to Indonesia, Thailand, Ecuador, Peru, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Tahiti, South Africa, and the list goes on.
Prior to creating Rhythm Abroad, Brittany worked as a news reporter and producer for Cox Communications covering human interest and lifestyle stories.
When she isn’t traveling the world and creating engaging television content she is stalking her favorite food bloggers on Instagram. Several times a year she hosts semi-elaborate dinner parties for friends and family serving healthy yet flavorful food sprinkled with love.
