Ford Game of the Week: Holland Hall Dutch vs Metro Christian Patriots – Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm CT.
Two state champions meet Friday night in a good ol’ fashioned Oklahoma high school football showdown. This game is also a rivalry matchup between private schools located only five miles apart.

Holland Hall (2-0) is the state 3A champion and is coming off an impressive 45-7 win over Cascia Hall. Metro Christian (2-0) took care of business last week beating Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool 45-17.
Holland Hall and Metro Christian will provide each team with a strong test heading into district play. The Dutch currently leads the series 15-6.

⭐ Oklahoma Schedule: Marquee Matchups Highlight 2021 Ford Game Of The Week Schedule
Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 – Louisiana GameTime
Warren Easton Eagles vs Scotlandville Hornets – Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm CT.
Another great Louisiana high school football non-district matchup as Scotlandville hosts Warren Easton. The Hornets are loaded this year and the expectations are high after an undefeated regular season in 2020. Scotlandville might have the best one-two punch at running back in Marlon Gunn Jr. and Chance Williams. They also have a talented junior quarterback in Zae Teasett.
Warren Easton reached the semi-finals last season and return a ton of talent in 2021. On defense, the Eagles have defensive lineman Shone Washington, who is a three-star prospect and Texas commit Ronald Lewis at cornerback.
On offense, center Malachi Preciado is committed to Purdue and junior Keddrick Connelly is a returning starter at quarterback. The speedy Leon Elloie is expected to be a big playmaker on offense.

Ford Game of the Week: Putnam City North Panthers vs Putnam City West Patriots – Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm CT.
Putnam City North is ranked # 7 in Class 6A-II. The Panthers opened the season with a double-overtime loss to Putnam City 36-35. They went on to beat Piedmont last week 26-10. It’s early, but the Patriots of PC West are off to a rough start so far this season. They fell to Putnam City last week 55-12, and to Guthrie in week one.

Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 – Arizona GameTime
Liberty Lions vs Sunrise Mountain Mustangs- Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm MT (9:00 pm CT).
The defending 5A State Champion Liberty lions battle their nearby archrival Sunrise Mountain in an exciting Arizona high school football rivalry matchup.
Liberty won their first state championship in football in 2019 winning the 6A title and then lost in the Open semifinals last year to Chandler by one point. So far this season the Lions have scored 70 points against Mountain Ridge. Last week, they defeat Boulder Creek, a playoff team last year, 42-6. They are averaging over 600 yards a game so far on offense and 58.5 PPG.
⭐ Preview: Liberty visits Sunrise Mountain in rivalry matchup
Junior QB Dom Ochoa had 407 yards passing and 5 TDs against Mountain Ridge and has not thrown an interception yet. Junior Zach Wallace had 145 yards rushing and 5 TDs last week at Boulder Creek. Sophomore running back Jaqua Anderson has 167 yards rushing in two games and ripped off a 90 yard TD in game 1 vs MR.
The defense is led by 4-year starter Jax Stam at linebacker/strong safety. Stam has had over 100 tackles the last two seasons along with 5 interceptions and 5 caused fumbles.
Sunrise Mountain won their first-ever state football championship last year at 5A when they defeated Ironwood in the title game, avenging one of their two defeats. They started this season with a big win against a Cienega team that was picked to make the playoffs, 49-6, before losing last week to Horizon, who is 2-0 this season, 24-15.
Mustang senior QB Hunter Kronengold has passed for over 500 yards so far this season with 4 TDs but has also thrown 2 interceptions in each game. The Mustangs have two outstanding junior receivers in Micah Johnson and Braden Harvey who have combined for 19 catches, nearly 400 yards, and 4 scores so far.
Defensively, Sunrise Mountain is led by junior linebacker Tanner Webb, who has 2 sacks, 2 caused fumbles, and a fumble recovery this season. Senior defensive end Darnell Stephens has 2 sacks on the season.

⭐ Arizona Schedule: Nationally Ranked Teams Highlight 2021 Arizona GameTime Schedule
Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 – Omaha GameTime
Don’t miss this Omaha, Nebraska high school football meeting between the North Vikings vs. Burke Bulldogs – Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm CT.
After a year off, it’s hard to compare the Omaha North Vikings (0-3) and the other Omaha Public School teams to the rest of Class A. However, the Vikings’ talent level is always high. Players like senior quarterback Jordan Williams and senior wide receiver Keshaun Williams should pick up right where they left off.
Paul Limongi’s Bulldogs are usually among the most talented squads in the Metro. With a year off, there are plenty of questions about what the makeup of the offense will be. There isn’t much experience to go around, but on defense, there’s no question about Devon Jackson.
The four-star linebacker is one of the best players in the state and should
be a tackling machine. If the Burke offense can catch up to where we think
the defense will be, this team will be very dangerous.

Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 – Kansas GameTime Matchup
Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles vs. the Derby Panthers – Friday, September 17 at 7:00 pm CT.
Watch two of the top teams in Kansas high school football battle it out this Friday night.
According to Varsity Kansas, Derby is the #1 ranked team in Class 6A and Bishop Carroll is #3 in Class 5A. The Panthers (1-0) are the defending state champions. They had the first week off but looked like they hadn’t missed a step with a 55-17 thrashing of Newton in their first game of the season. The Bishop Carroll is 3-0 on the season, and the defense has forced a total of three turnovers – with the first two directly leading to 10 points against Wichita Northwest in their September 3rd game.
