Eye on the Alamo – Kansas Rolling and the Wild Wild West

While previously discussing the South and East regions along with some winners and losers on Eye on the Alamo, Rod Thompson re-joined the show to talk about those Kansas Jayhawks, one of the two top seeds to survive and advance to the Sweet 16 of the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

Adam Finkelstein then catches up with Providence College Head Coach Ed Cooley, and they discuss whether or not his team’s extended Big East Tournament run – playing 3 overtime games in 3 days – contributed to his team’s first round loss to Texas A&M. Finkelstein then looks at the West region, which has those #7 Aggies, after knocking off the defending champion North Carolina Tar Heels, facing #3 Michigan. The top half of that bracket sees #9 Florida State, who came back to beat #1 Xavier, facing #4 Gonzaga.

Finally, Eddie House and Kate Longworth look at the Sweet 16 and give us some updated picks for the Final Four from all of the analysts, along with their upset picks.
