This year has brought many challenges, including trying to explain what’s going on to kids. Four Long Beach high schoolers: Lauryn Hong, Ella Matlock, Sofia Migliazza and Erin Rogers came together to work on an economics project and ended up creating a coloring book designed to teach kids about the current pandemic in a fun and entertaining way.
