Amazing French Cuisine Awaits at Coup Des Tartes

The restaurant features six dining rooms and a large private dining room, with its own kitchen.

Coup Des Tartes, a country style French bistro is located in the heart of Phoenix on East Osborn Road. Owner, Ron Pacaoni says most diners think they have never had French food, but they have. They just don’t know it was French.

According to Pacaoni, Jose Hernandez, who has been the executive chef for 16 years, is doing amazing things in the kitchen. His dishes of lamb, beef and seafood are part of the menu and occasionally chicken and pork. A few of the dishes the menu currently features are: four large scallops with risotto, a Paris butter fillet topped with a large prawn, a wide noodle pappardelle with chipotle cream sauce and of course, a great French onion soup and a Croque Madame. The Croque Madame is the French version of a ham and Swiss cheese, with an egg on top. A gooey and delicious sandwich oozing with melted cheese and flavor.

If diners are looking for salad, there are five to choose from. An onsite pastry chef makes sure the French cuisine is complete with delicious deserts, from creme brulee to berry tarts. Delicious food beautifully presented.

The recently remodeled Coup Des Tartes features a recycled bar top made from the hardwood floors of the original restaurant. The bar includes wine, artisan cocktails and beer, as well as Champaign.

The restaurant features six dining rooms and a large private dining room, with its own kitchen. The large dining room is separate from the rest of the dining, making it the perfect space for weddings, corporate meetings, birthday parties and anniversaries.

Pacaoni wants diners to relax and feel like they are dining in his home when they are enjoying the food and drink at Coup Des Tartes.
