Congratulations to the 2022 Cox Inspirational Student Heroes for Okaloosa County, Florida. On Tuesday, May 10th, 2022, these 37 students were honored by Cox Communications during the annual awards celebration at Northwest Florida State College.
Cox recognized these amazing students who have overcome extreme challenges in life to serve as an inspiration to their teachers, administrators, and fellow students.

Since the program’s inception in 1993, Cox Inspirational Student Heroes has honored thousands of young people of all backgrounds and ages who have demonstrated extraordinary accomplishments at school, at home, and in their communities – despite facing many challenges on a daily basis.
