The Dutch capped a 12-play drive with a handoff to Cameron Robinson. He was stuffed, but turned and pitched the ball back to quarterback Wallace Clark who scored the one yard touchdown to put Holland Hall up 7-0.

On the next Dutch possession Clark connected with Marc Gouldsby for nine yards and a touchdown for a 14-0 lead. Then Holland Hall’s Ethan Roush intercepted a Verdigris pass at the 32 and returned it 27 yards down to the 5.

Two plays later, Wallace Clark ran it in from three yards out and the Dutch led 21 to 0 after one quarter.

In the second quarter, Holland Hall got a 34 yard field goal from Magnus Lepak.  Then after a Nunu Campbell interception, a 15 yard pass from Wallace Clark to Brenden Terry pushed the Dutch lead to 31-0 at the half.

Dutch Domination

Another Ethan Roush interception led to a 3 yard touchdown run by Cameron Robinson. Then Wallace Clark threw out to Marc Gouldsby behind the line of scrimmage and Gouldsby scooted 42 yards to the end zone.

Ethan Roush picked up his third interception of the evening on the next Verdigris possession. That led to a 37-yard touchdown pass to Brenden Terry who hauled the ball down in a crowd in the end zone to give Holland Hall the 52-0 lead.

In the fourth quarter, Verdigris quarterback Hayden Jones went around the right side and ran 42 yards to get the Cardinals on the board.
