The holidays are here! It’s a time filled with making memories with family and friends. During such a busy time, it’s easy to forget about date night with our significant others and closest friends. We’ve put together our three favorite date night ideas to help you cut down on planning time.
Do Something Creative
It’s easy to plan the same ole’ night out, so why not get creative in your choice of activity and your agenda. Board and Brush, located in Gilbert and North Scottsdale, offer classes to get those creative juices flowing. Plus, you leave with your beautiful, one of a kind sign. Register online, choose your size and shape of wood sign, pick your design, and let the instructor lead you through a 3 hour class of fun and inspiration.
Take a peek at our visit to their shop, and see how fun and simple it really is! Plus, you can make a super cute holiday gift for the special people in your life. Book your night with the gals at Board and Brush, here. Once you try it, we are sure you will be hooked!
Get Out and About
Get out of the house and make a well rounded night in a unique location. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is the perfect place to have a great time. With popular restaurant favs, a museum, and one of a kind shopping, an runway views, it’s everything you need for date night in one place! Plus, you can park for free and ride the tram into the terminal. But, the best part? You don’t need a passenger ticket since all of the fun is outside of security. We had to check it out for ourselves, and we were not disappointed. Take a look!
Get In the Holiday Spirit
Date Night doesn’t always have to consist of spending money or going out, so why not stay in? Get into the holiday spirit, throw on your favorite PJ’s, pull out your decor, blast your favorite festive channel, and deck the halls. It’s the perfect way to get your home and your heart ready to welcome loved ones, friends and neighbors. Cook an easy meal and cheers the night away with holiday favorite drinks, like hot cocoa or gingerbread hot tea. Decide to pick a day every year and make it a standing, annual date night. Want to include the family? That’s easy! Have the kiddos grab their favorite holiday movie and end with movie night. It’s sure to be a date night you will never forget.
With such a busy and festive time of year, it’s easy to find ways to spend time with our nearest and dearest. No matter your budget, these tips can ensure there is a little something for everyone!
