The New Orleans Saints steadied the course for at least one week. The Black and Gold posted an extremely positive performance in the Crescent City against the Los Angeles Rams. The 27-20 home win kept hopes alive for a division championship.

Quarterbacks Taysom Hill and Andy Dalton provided sparks offensively against the Rams. Hill accounted for 52 yards on the ground, while Dalton tossed three touchdowns. Running back Alvin Kamara 89 total yards helped him surpass 9,000 career yards from scrimmage.
The next hurdle for the Saints is to go 1-0 this week when they travel out West to take on the San Francisco 49ers.
