LINQ Promenade

We are full into the summer season in Vegas, and it continues to be hot! The average daily high is in the low 100’s to even above 110 degrees. At night, it does cool down for some minor relief into the 80’s. Pools are still open and that means that the day and night clubs are welcoming in some of the world’s top DJ’s. If you’re looking for a fun place to cool down, minus5 Ice Bar has three locations, including Mandalay Bay, the LINQ Promenade and the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. At minus five degrees, you will definitely cool down while sipping cocktails from glasses made of ice as you enjoy the unique ice sculptures.

Yes, it is true, tourism continues to be down in comparison to 2024; however, this does not mean that Vegas is empty. Yes, there are slower times of the week, as usual, and there are less people traveling here, but Vegas is still a popular tourist destination. And with the slight dip in tourism, many properties are offering great deals for stays, as well as deals for shows and restaurants, making this a perfect time to visit Vegas and take advantage of all of the awesome deals! Be sure to turn into our weekly podcasts on our Ninth Island Connection YouTube channel, where we keep you up to date on the latest deals in Las Vegas.

As always, we recommend staying up to date on any event that you plan on attending, as things get added and cancelled here daily. Recently in July, Kelly Clarkson cancelled two of her shows at The Colosseum at Caesars the day of the first show! Also, be sure to look into the policies for both the event and the artist, so that you are aware of what you can bring into the event.
