UCP Central Arizona is bringing hope and change to children, adults and families of those with disabilities. Armando Contreras, CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona, credits his committed staff of professionals.
UCP serves children and adults with cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, developmental delay and learning disability. The services include: Early Learning Center, After School Program, Adult Program, Early Intervention, Home and Community Based Services, and others.
Contreras is looking forward to the upcoming fundraising event, Fun Run Walk & Roll, on Sunday March 29, at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ. The event benefits the 4,000 children and adults served annually by UCP. Contreras invites families and community leaders to participate in the event. He hopes that families with children and adults with disabilities will take part in the activities.
The Fun Run Walk & Roll Event is one way to support UCP Central Arizona. Volunteering your time and donating your resources and talents are other ways to support UCP. Contreras invites you to tour the Laura Dozer Center to see first-hand how UCP is helping those with disabilities live lives without limits.
