Around twelve years ago, Executive Chef Bernard Guillas concieved of the idea for a cooking class. Offered once a quarter since that time the class is an amazing opportunity to watch Chef Bernard walk you through the creation of a full-course meal. And of course, someone has to eat that meal while enjoying the spectacular views the restaurant provides. No wonder this class is one of the best of San Diego!
