NFL Draft Las Vegas 2020

The 2020 NFL Draft was going to be a spectacle of epic proportions. Hundreds of thousands were planning on taking over the Las Vegas Strip to cheer (and boo) their favorite team’s selections.

As we all know, things didn’t quite work out that way, but the Vegas Stats & Information Network isn’t letting that get in the way of their unique draft coverage.

VSIN editor & host, Matt Youmans, joins Over the Middle with Jeremy Crabtree to discuss what fans can expect from the upcoming “virtual NFL Draft“, and how VSiN is bringing hard core fans a whole different experience.

VSiN will cover the event with three Original Specials; a pre-draft and a post-draft show, and live “betcast” coverage during the first round of the draft on April 23rd.

Fans can prep for the Draft with a preview show that covers all the angles on betting on the draft. VSiN’s experts breakdown the lines and find the best “value bets” available around topics like:

  • Who will be the 3rd player selected
  • Over/under on 4 QBs selected in first round
  • Will there be more Alabama players or Big 10 players selected in the first round
  • When will Jalen Hurts be selected
  • Who will be the first wide receiver selected

On Thursday, VSiN experts provide live analysis of the first round and cover the action as it happens from a betting perspective. They’ll examine how odds and lines change “in-game” and what new opportunities become available as the first round plays out.

Finally, VSiN’s post-draft special reviews Draft results and looks at how their bets played out. They’ll review predictions and bet selections to see how they fared versus each other and against experts from other sports networks.

Jeremy Crabtree closes with a look back at how Rivals, 247 & ESPN ranked the top draft prospects coming out of high school. Chase Young, Tua Tagovailoa other blue chip recruits were obvious, but did they hit on projected top pick Joe Burrow? And who came out of nowhere to earn a spot in the NFL?
