The Annual Bristol 4th of July Parade is part of America’s oldest continuous Independence Day celebration. You can watch the 238th Bristol 4th of July Parade live from the comfort of your home on Tuesday, July 4th starting at 11:00 am ET.

The 2023 Bristol 4th of July Parade will once again step off at the corner of Chestnut Street and Hope Street (Rt. 114) and ends on High Street, between State Street and Bradford Street.

The Annual Bristol 4th of July Celebration began in 1785 when Rev. Henry Wight of the First Congregational Church and a Veteran of the Revolutionary War, conducted the first Patriotic Exercises. The Celebration officially starts on Flag Day (June 14th) and concludes with the 2.5-mile Military, Civic, and Firemen’s Parade on July 4th.
