Wichita State picked a great night for its best offensive performance of the season.
The Shockers obliterated the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, 71-49, on Senior Night at Charles Koch Arena.
Seraphine Bastin scored a career-high 19 points, exiting to a standing ovation late in the game along with seniors Sabrina Lozada-Cabbage and Cesaria Ambrosio. The latter two played well in their final regular-season college game.

Wichita State (12-17, 5-11) avoided a 12th-place finish in the American Athletic Conference standings. Tulane, SMU and Memphis all lost Monday night, falling to 5-11 as well, and helping the Shockers elevate their seed for the upcoming conference tournament.
The 71 points tied for the second-most Wichita State scored all season (76 vs. Arkansas Pine-Bluff on Nov. 7).
The Shockers led the Golden Hurricane (12-17, 6-10) just 30-27 one minute before halftime, and outscored Tulsa, 41-22, the rest of the game.
