Union’s C.J. Moore has signed with Oklahoma State University. The 6’5″ wide receiver had multiple offers from schools including Alabama, Texas A&M, Miami, Ohio State and Texas.
His coach, Kirk Fridrich says that CJ should do well in college thanks to his height and speed.
“Great ball skills,” said Fridrich, “excellent hands a lot faster than it seems for a tall athlete like he is. His quickness surprises a lot of people because of that length.”
C.J. is happy to follow in the footsteps of his cousin, former Oklahoma State Tight End Tracy Moore and he says the scholarship is a tribute to his late Mother and a great gift for his Father.
“My mom, I know she’s watching up in heaven. I know she’s sprinkling her little motherly love down on me. It’s just a great feeling knowing that my father doesn’t have to pay for me to go to college.”
