Serving in the U.S. Navy brought Quincy to the Hampton Roads area in the mid 90’s. Since 1999, Quincy has used his talents to raise over $24k for local area non profits. During that span, he has also entertained audiences throughout the United States and across the globe. He was also cast as the lead character, Walter Lee Younger, in the national stage play ‘A Raisin in The Sun’.

His other on camera appearances include regional TV commercials, music videos and shows on TruTV, Yurview, TV ONE, Discovery ID, CBS, ABC, and Destination America. Quincy has also donned the producer / director hat when he launched his own TV show (The Quality Comedy Show w/ Quincy Carr) that aired across Virginia and parts of North Carolina. He wrote, executive produced, and directed his own one hour stand up comedy special, that was picked up for distribution by FUBU-TV. You can also catch Quincy Carr’s funny personality weekly as he co-hosts the local lifestyles formatted TV show Living 757 on the Yurview network.
