Spring has officially sprung here on the Ninth Island of Las Vegas! For the most part, you can expect pleasant weather, with the daily average temperature of 81 degrees and at night dipping into the 40s-50s. Since the weather can be a bit unpredictable during the month of April, you’ll want to keep a close eye on the forecast when you’re planning your Vegas vacation.
If you’re really in the spring spirit, the Conservatory at Bellagio has changed over to its spring theme. The theme is “The Birds and the B’s,” so amongst the beautiful fresh flowers, you can expect displays of both birds and bees. The display is open 24/7, running through May 17th, and this is a free Vegas attraction!
Two big construction projects have been announced. Construction on The Cromwell will happen throughout the year as it transitions to The Vanderpump; however, this rebranding will not be official until 2026. The Cromwell will remain in operation while undergoing this transition.
Area 15 is expanding this year by 20 acres. Sixty percent of this new space has been pre-leased with the first new tenant set to open later this year. New attractions that will be a part of the expansion include Burning Man’s Boeing 747 art installation, Dolls Kill’s flagship store, Universal Horror unleashed, Museum of Ice Cream’s largest location and iFLY indoor skydiving.
