Live Oak’s defense stepped up in a major way on Friday, as they held West Feliciana scoreless in a 29-0 victory.
Live Oak held West Feliciana to just 11 yards of total offense and a staggering -22 rushing yards in the victory. Live Oak forced West Feliciana into two turnovers. Aiden Saunders recovered a fumble.
Live Oak’s Brent McCoy blocked a punt for a safety.
Kee Hawkins scored a rushing touchdown and Live Oak amassed 147 yards rushing. Rhett Rosevear reached the end zone on the ground and also connected on a deep touchdown with Byron Smith.
Live Oak improves to 3-0, while West Feliciana drops to 0-4.
